Hi there, I purchased PRO today and having challenges getting the slider to display consistently when loaded into the page.

The behaviour I’m seeing is that the spinning wheel will sit indefinitely. If the page is refreshed, then the slider will often (but not always) display.

I just picked up the latest version of the software today, which had a bug related to images. I’m wondering if there’s something more that needs attention in v3.0.3?

You can see the issue I’m talking about at http://www.jessicaadams.com

    Kind regards,
    James

Sliders are displayed using window load event. Once window is fully loaded, the script will start the sliders and will display everything in your page. Scripts loaded from remote sources may increase your page load time.

Let me do some tests and I’ll get back to you. I’m thinking of an alternative to use a different event.

As a note, looks like your cdn is loading the old (with the bug solved today) stylesheets for theme Accordion.

Can I contact you by e-mail to do some testing? Please let me know, thank you.

    Hi Constantin,

Thank you – the files you emailed seem to work much better. I’ll continue to monitor this.

We have a high load site (20k minimum pages/day) with CDN, GZIP and caching so we should be able to test this thoroughly for you.

    Cheers,
    James
