Not Finding My Vimeo Account Or Videos

    Hi

    I’ve just created a Vimeo Plus account and uploaded videos.

    I’ve added and activated the plugin and set the APIs, but when I try and add videos nothing is showing at all – no videos can be found.

    I’ve reset the keys in settings a number of times and it says they’re correct, but when I try to import by album nothing shows (can’t find the album I think). I’ve also used the search to search for our content – nothing shows.

    Am I missing something?

    Really what I am looking for is the ability to import an album and display it as a gallery within our site.

    Hi James,

    Please note that if you are trying to import videos that are private on Vimeo, Lite version of the plugin won’t display anything. Private videos can be imported only by PRO plugin version.

    If the plugin doesn’t work not even for public videos (ie. try to import from staffpicks and see if anything gets displayed) most likely it is because of a wrong setup for the Vimeo API keys.
