    I have a client that uses the Vimeo Video Post Lite plugin. They have used it successfully for several years, but it has stopped working recently.

    If you try to “Add New” video by inputting the ID, it just refreshes to Step 1 after clicking “Search Video”.

    If you try to Import Videos by searching for a Feed Type, it gives the error “Something strange occurred. Please contact the app owners.” I even get this error when I try the exact search shown in the instructional video you have on the plugin page.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay. This behavior is caused by the settings on your Vimeo App. Please review your Vimeo App settings and if needed insert new credentials in plugin Settings page under tab “API access”.
