All free of charge products benefit of the automatic update provided by WordPress (in case of WordPress plugins). For paid products, upgrades are provided in accordance to the number of licenses purchased for a specific product.
Upgrades are provided for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year, an upgrade and support license will have to be purchased in order to benefit of upgrades and support.
All purchases made on www.codeflavors.com will require you to have a personal account created on our website and you must be logged-in in order to be able to purchase any of our products. Once decided what version of our product you want to buy, you will be taken to a order confirmation page. After successfully completing a purchase, all license codes and download links for our products will be available in your account.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products. All products are property of www.codeflavors.com. All our products are provided “as is”, without any warranty, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

Any content replicated must be approved in advance by codeflavors.com owners. Since we are offering digital goods for sale, we do not issue refunds after a purchase has been made. In exceptional cases, we might consider refunds during the first 30 days from the purchase date if you can’t use the plugin on your website due to inability to install it properly or the plugin fails to perform its intended basic functionality and you contacted support on www.codeflavors.com and worked to solve the issues with our team.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date have passed. Please note that by purchasing our products, you agree to the above terms of the refund policy.

License owners can benefit of priority support provided by our ticket system. All requests will be answered immediately following the rule first came, first served. License owners can ask for debugging support related to 3’rd party plugins/scripts/themes compatibility. We will do our best to provide this kind of support and solve any issues related strictly to our product or in relation with 3’rd party scripts. Support for debugging license holder application will require a running, valid license on your website. Under no circumstances discussions ran under the ticket system will be made publicly on our forums or any other location (external websites, social media, etc). Violation of this rule will end-up in account, licenses and priority support termination with or without any warning.
Our plugins are tested and proved working on any clean WordPress installation. We do not guarantee it will work with all browsers or 3rd party plugins and/or themes. We are not responsible for any incompatibility issues with other plugins. While it is our policy to support as best as we can our products, we will provide 3rd party conflicts support when time allows and at our discretion. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as result of installing and using our plugins.
